United States Shipping:

- All Shipping is done through USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a notification from Etsy once your order has been shipped. All shipping dates are to be treated as estimates and not guarantees.

International Shipping:

- Some countries require USPS to transfer your package to a local courier - so your package may take anywhere from 8-10 weeks to arrive. All shipping dates are to be treated as estimates and not guarantees.

Fairfax Promo and its manufacturers are required to comply with all relevant national, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations, industry minimum standards, UN Conventions, and any other statutory requirements that are more stringent with regards to product safety, employment, and manufacturing. This ensures that all business activities are conducted in a legally compliant and responsible manner.


Fairfax Promo has a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination based on personal characteristics such as gender, age, religion, race, caste, social background, disability, ethnic and national origin, nationality, membership in workers’ organizations, political affiliation, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic. This policy applies to all aspects of employment, including hiring, training, promotion, termination, and retirement.


If an order is cancelled during production, Fairfax Promo will charge for the work completed up to the point of cancellation. Additionally, if the item is embroidered, an additional charge of $100.00 will be added.


Fairfax Promo requires that any changes made to an order over the phone after it has been received at the factory must be confirmed in writing via email. Customers should note that changes may cause delays in shipments and additional charges may apply.


Fairfax Promo assumes that all artwork submitted for reproduction in producing an order was submitted in full compliance with the laws governing copyright, trademarks, and other related laws. By placing an order, purchasers agree not to hold Fairfax Promo responsible for any damages, costs, and/or expenses that may arise under these laws as a consequence of the use of said artwork.


Fairfax Promo assesses a credit card surcharge fee of 3% on all credit card payments. This fee will not be imposed on payments made via ACH, Wire, Check, Credit Memos, or other accepted payment methods.


Fairfax Promo cannot guarantee the continuity of shade, color, size, texture, or construction of finished goods from lot to lot due to variances of materials and other circumstances beyond their control. Manufacture tolerances may also cause acceptable variations in dimensions depending on the product. Fairfax Promo is not responsible for delays due to acts of God, material shortages, shipping, or customs interventions.


The normal production time for standard 1 color Pad-Printed, Laser Engraved and Silk-Screened items is approximately 1-3 business days upon proof approval. Multi-Color Pad-Print, Silk-Screen, Debossed and Embroidered items take approximately 5-8 business days upon proof approval, while 4 Color Process Printed items take 10-12 business days upon proof approval. These timelines are based on normal production schedules and are subject to change based on capacity at the time of production. Note that these timelines are guidelines only.


Prior to returning merchandise for any reason, an email confirmation must be obtained, or the Receiving Department will not accept the return shipment. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of purchase, and once items are personalized, decorated, no returns will be accepted.
